Please note that Member Connect is currently experiencing a high volume of support requests and is prioritising urgent matters such as:

- show cause
- disciplinary matters
- AHPRA and OHO matters
- assaults
- injuries at work.
If your matter is urgent (i.e. listed above), please email [email protected] with the matter in the subject line and as many details as you can provide, and Member Connect will contact you within 24 hours.
For all other advice, please request a call back or email [email protected] and we will respond within 72 hours (please only email or call once as leaving multiple messages delays our response).
